My experience at Algonquin College has given me so much knowledge and enabled me to focus on my strengths and improve on my weaknesses.  I have had 2 co-op work terms: 1 with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, and the second with Canada Border Services Agency, and I plan on returning to Canada Border Services Agency for my 3rd and final co-op term this fall.  I have enjoyed almost all of my courses but some of my favorites have been Financial accounting, Managerial accounting, Project Management, E-business and Quality Management.  Throughout my 3 years at Algonquin College I have met many great people who have influenced and encouraged me to do my best in everything I do and that it is okay to ask for help when you need it.  I am hoping to keep in touch with all my classmates after we graduate as they are no longer classmates but real true friends who are dependable and reliable.

My objective is to create and publish a successful front page as a requirement for my final assignment.  Listed below is a copy of my resume outlining my work experience, educational history, skills, interests and  references

To find more information on healthy living click on the weight watchers link below

Living a healthy lifestyle includes both eating healthy and getting the proper amount of exercise.  When I was growing up I was an athlete, I competed in figure skating and hockey as well as enjoyed skiing (alpine, water, and cross country), rugby, soccer and volleyball.  These activities not only gave me exercise and contributed to my healthy lifestyle teaching me that exercise doesn't have to be work, it can be fun too.  It also allowed me to develop into an outgoing person who enjoys working with teams (whether in school, at work or in sports), it has taught me valuable lessons about determination and drive which has forced me to grow into an ambitious individual who loves to accept new challenges.  Now although I have narrowed my activities down to hockey and figure skating (when I can) I continue to remain active by holding a gym membership to the fitness zone where I workout every morning before either class or work.  Weight Watchers is an organization that promotes not only healthy eating but a healthy and active lifestyle as well.  They offer memberships and host meetings on a weekly basis where you can meet with other people and share stories about battles, struggles, achievements, and success.  I believe that if you eat healthy and get the recommended amount of exercise daily you will change your outlook on life as well as feel more confident and ambitious towards challenges that may come your way!
